I love nice place , natural and fresh air and if avalaible, it will be more nice ... have private exercise area like tennis and basket ball court. I am sure it is very nice if I can stay at there.

In these few days , the weather is so hot and sometimes the wind blow strong. But tonight is nice . I try to log in my computer , browsing things like usually. My friend, Lisa phoned me this morning and said that she want to buy a new computer. But she is confuse , which is nice, desktop or laptop.

For me I like laptop , because it is easy to take it to every where. But desktop is great for daily at home used . I told her that this macbook is nice. We can search for the price and it is very great. But if she want desktop, it is a nice place to choose. Today I cook chicken soup with shitake mushroom and some Chinese herbs. It was a long time I didn't cook it. This is a Chinese traditional soup , which is very simple to cook it. Just boil some water as we like in a pan , and put the mushroom and Chinese herbs in it. Wait for the water boil and then put the chicken inside. Make in a medium low heat and cook it around 45 minutes. Add the salt as we like and this chicken soup is ready to serve.

I received an email from my friend, it is about shampoo...I think it is nice for paste it here , may be it is useful for others too.It said that :

Check the ingredients listed on your shampoo bottle, and see they have a substance by the name of Sodium Laureth Sulfate, or simply SLS. This substance is found in most shampoos; manufacturers use it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap. BUT the fact is, SLS is used to scrub garage floors, and it is very strong!!! It is also proven that it can cause cancer in the long run, and this is no joke. Shampoos that contains SLS: the new Hemp Shampoo from Body Shop etc.. contain this substance.

The first ingredient listed (which means it is the single most prevalent ingredient) in Clairol's Herbal Essences is Sodium Laureth Sulfate. I see a news now on Yahoo home page, it is about CDC: Rocket fuel chemical found in baby formula...it is very surprised me cause I do remember that last year there had this problem too with China product .
It said that
Traces of a chemical used in rocket fuel were found in samples of powdered baby formula, and could exceed what's considered a safe dose for adults if mixed with water also contaminated with the ingredient, a government study has found.
The study by scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention looked for the chemical, perchlorate, in different brands of powdered baby formula. It was published last month, but the Environmental Working Group issued a press release Thursday drawing attention to it.
The chemical has turned up in several cities' drinking water supplies. It can occur naturally, but most perchlorate contamination has been tied to defense and aerospace sites.
No tests have ever shown the chemical caused health problems, but scientists have said significant amounts of perchlorate can affect thyroid function. The thyroid helps set the body's metabolism. Thyroid problems can impact fetal and infant brain development.

I like to drink green tea. It was start at 2002 when I was travelling to China . After I tried it at the tea shop that specialist product green tea , I bought it . After I arrived at home , I started to drink green tea.

Two years ago my friend told me that "pu erh cha" black tea is more better for a women to drink it. So I tried to drink black tea too...my opinion about this tea is...for the taste I more like jasmine green tea ,but the black tea is quite nice if we drink a lot.

It is very nice to have a refreshing after work hard for a few days. I always do that by going out of my city at weekend .And the perfect place for me is a original view like lake or mountain..he..he..it is very nice.

Today I see there is a perfect place too at Minnesota. And there have Cabins for sale in Minnesota, it is great that we can stay at a cute cabins , with the fresh air,nice view and go to the lake.My family also like to have this kind of place, it is perfect to for a family.

I also saw that there also have RV Lots Minnesota. It is quite nice to own a place at there. We do not need to rent, invest it...I also think it is more cheaper we buy it. If we rent it for a short time..it is OK but if we want to go there every weekend , it is more nice to buy it. So how about you , are you interested too at Minnesota Vacation Property ? I like to eat fish, so I like to browse in the net the fish recipe. And today I see a nice fish skillet recipe at Yahoo recipes , I think it is great and very simple cooking :
Ingredients :
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup black olives
1 pound frozen fish fillets, such as haddock, halibut or cod, thawed

Cooking Directions :
Cook onion in dressing in large skillet until tender.
Add tomatoes, pepper and olives.
Top with fish; cover. Simmer gently on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Yield: 4 servings

I see a great recipes at Yahoo, I never eat this kind of food. I will try to cook it tomorrow morning. It is easy, I have Kraft ( cheese ) in my refrigerator.
Ingredients:
8 slices bread
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese
4 eggs
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Cooking Directions :

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut a hole in the center of 4 of the bread slices using 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter or rim of a glass. Spread butter over one side of remaining bread slices. Place, butter side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.

Top with half of the cheese, then bread slices with holes in the center. Break 1 egg into each hole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.

Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients :
2/3 cup sugar
4 Lemon Zinger tea bags
3 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cooking Directions :
Place sugar and tea bags in a heatproof bowl. Pour in boiling water; stir until sugar has dissolved. Let steep until cooled to room temperature, about 1 hour.

Remove the tea bags, squeezing out liquid. Stir in lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour or overnight.

Pour the tea mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions. (Alternatively, freeze the mixture in a shallow metal pan until solid, about 6 hours. Break into chunks and process in a food processor until smooth and creamy.) Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and let harden in the freezer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve in chilled dishes.

After that our home is a very sweet home in this world ha..ha..I said like this because this house is our and we decided how to design our home as we wish and we need so we will feel our home is a palace. But if we have a home but we did not have a home plans ...it is different...only our home and may be it is not so suitable for us.
Two weeks ago my friend asked me to go with her. She has a plan want to buy a real estate. She wants a nice home but she had no idea how to manage it. So I told my friend that I have seen a Contemporary house plans site. Actually it is like house plan. Yesterday I have a phone from my friend, she wants to visit me today. I am very happy because I have not seen her for almost three months. Yeah..she is my close friend , a few days ago she phoned me and I told her that I have been moved , so today she come to my new apartment. We are talking each other , sharing our daily activities and go out for dinner. It is very nice.

Holiday At Barcelona

How do you think about Barcelona ? Is it nice for holiday ? I have asked my friends and they told me that Barcelona is great. I heard that Barcelona is the trendiest city in Spain and full of great night clubs. It is also have a lot of fashionable boutiques and exclusive restaurants. Great I like eat while traveling and this place give me a very exciting feeling.
When I said this to my friend , she is agree and she said that there's more than a party feeling to Barcelona. There is an architecture buff's dream with a rich selection of works by architects such as Antonio Gaudi and plenty ultramodern buildings too.

And there are also have wonderful city beaches fronting the Mediterranean Sea and a rich food and wine culture both in the city itself and surrounding Catalonia.Do you think it is very perfect holiday ?
I think next summer I will visit that country. And today I got an information that I can book Barcelona apartments , I have seen that site and I see at the picture the place is nice. I think it is very suitable for my family. So I asked my friends beside Barcelona which place should I visit ? And I told them that I have choose a nice apartment. My friends said , they have been stayed and apartment and it is great for family. And they suggest me to choose Catalonia apartments and Spanish apartments. I thanked to them . I believe they give me the right advise and I personally have seen the picture and the details of these apartments, it seems nice.

I have a great plan , after I have done all my moving process this month...next month I will having a holiday. So today I called my best friend , I told her my plan and asked she go with me.
