Excited to Blogging

Now...I see the time, it is 12.49 am , yea, actually it is sleeping time for me. But I don't know why, I very excited to searching and blogging , so I log in blogger site, doing some posts at my blogs. Yea, it is nice too, update my blogs. With a cup of hot tea without sugar...I am blogging now.

Again

Today I am not going anyway, I am at home , doing my hobbies that almost gone, it is blogging, hehehe. Being busy in these weeks , make me lazy to blog, and it is not a nice feeling too. I like blogging since 3 years ago, but nowadays I almost not open my blogs.

I hope I can continue to do blog like years before hehehe

Melanoma ( Skin Cancer )

Nowadays we are hearing lots about melanoma , so what is melanoma ? I just read on health news on Yahoo, it says that Melanoma is a kind of skin cancer. It is not as common as other types of skin cancer, but it is the most serious. I think it is important news for us to know and how to prevent it.

Melanoma can affect your skin only, or it may spread to your organs and bones. But we can be cured if it’s found and treated early.Do you know why we can have melanoma? it is because spending too much time in the sun. Our normal skin to become abnormal the cells quickly grow out of control, attack the tissues around them.

So for all people, beware of the sun and always use sun protection if you are at beach or out side. I stay at tropical country, and I always use sun block too if I am going out.

Dried Plum

You may know these better by the moniker "prunes," which are indelibly linked with nursing homes and bathroom habits.. And that explains why, in an effort to revive this delicious fruit's image, producers now market them under another name.
Why they're healthy :
Prunes contain high amounts of neochlorogenic and chlorogenic acids, antioxidants that are particularly effective at combating the "superoxide anion radical.." This nasty free radical causes structural damage to your cells, and such damage is thought to be one of the primary causes of cancer.
How to eat them :
As an appetizer. Wrap a paper-thin slice of prosciutto around each dried plum and secure with a toothpick.. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the plums are soft and the prosciutto is crispy. Most of the fat will cook off, and you'll be left with a decadent-tasting treat that's sweet, savory, and healthy

Shopping Mall

It is a water fall at shopping mall. Last month I went there, so I took this picture, it is quite nice too but as like other new shopping mall, it is so little people go there.

It is because nowadays lots of shopping mall build , and it is not balance with the person who are willing to buy things. But for me , go there as a window shopping and take a picture, it is nice too.

Great Museum Display

A few months ago, I went to a museum at Jakarta. It is located at Kota Tua Batavia. It is a nice place. A lot of history happened at there and lots of musem displays too. I am very amazing to see it. And I took a few of pictures in it. The picture which I share in this post is a display which is from China. It is hundreds years ago.

Bali Beach

I just came back from holiday. It is very nice , exciting and really fun. I went to Bali island. It is in Indonesia . Bali have lots of beautiful beach. It is very amazing to see the sun set. But when I was there, unfortunately , I can not get the good one. However, I took the picture too. You can see it at here.
