Why they're healthy :
Prunes contain high amounts of neochlorogenic and chlorogenic acids, antioxidants that are particularly effective at combating the "superoxide anion radical.." This nasty free radical causes structural damage to your cells, and such damage is thought to be one of the primary causes of cancer.
How to eat them :
As an appetizer. Wrap a paper-thin slice of prosciutto around each dried plum and secure with a toothpick.. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the plums are soft and the prosciutto is crispy. Most of the fat will cook off, and you'll be left with a decadent-tasting treat that's sweet, savory, and healthy

Shopping Mall

It is a water fall at shopping mall. Last month I went there, so I took this picture, it is quite nice too but as like other new shopping mall, it is so little people go there.

It is because nowadays lots of shopping mall build , and it is not balance with the person who are willing to buy things. But for me , go there as a window shopping and take a picture, it is nice too.

Great Museum Display

A few months ago, I went to a museum at Jakarta. It is located at Kota Tua Batavia. It is a nice place. A lot of history happened at there and lots of musem displays too. I am very amazing to see it. Bali Beach

I just came back from holiday. It is very nice , exciting and really fun. I went to Bali island. It is in Indonesia . Bali have lots of beautiful beach. It is very amazing to see the sun set. But when I was there, unfortunately , I can not get the good one. However, I took the picture too. You can see it at here.

Great Macbook

In these few days , the weather is so hot and sometimes the wind blow strong. But tonight is nice . I try to log in my computer , browsing things like usually. My friend, Lisa phoned me this morning and said that she want to buy a new computer. But she is confuse , which is nice, desktop or laptop.

For me I like laptop , because it is easy to take it to every where. But desktop is great for daily at home used . I told her that this macbook is nice. We can search for the price and it is very great. But if she want desktop, it is a nice place to choose. This time , I would like to buy a surround speaker, it is more great while searching, I can listening my favorite songs. And sure with a cup of hot tea he.he. he. how about you ?

Rsing Weight

I don't know what I have ate for this week, why my weight is rise ? he.he..it is about 1 kg... I feel what I eat is same from day to day. hmmm.... may be exercise not enough. Usually I like swimming for daily, but it has been for few weeks I am not swim. It is because the weather..so hot at day time and sometimes too cold at night.

Potatoes Soup

In these few days, I cook potatoes soup. Because of busy, I Have been a long time didn't cook it. So last week I bought potato and carrot. I cook the potato soup with carrot and chicken. It is perfect with pepper in it. But not the cook the chicken too long, cause the meet will not yummy anymore.

Natural Blogging or ?

After a few days looking at the forums and heard others talking about SEO , I think this is really important. But why I am so lazy to do it , he.he..have up date our blogs and exchange link, link pop and others too.

I just realised that my new blog have no link , just write it what I feel and do not search on keywords.It is more natural, I like that way , blogging what I like and feel, if searching for keywords and then I don't know what to write, it is same too...do u think so ?

Vegetarian

Nowadays I like to cook vegetables and try to eat vegetarian, it is nice. It is a healthy menu and keep my body is the nice weight too he.he. My friend said to me don't eat until you feel full in your stomach . Leave a space and you will be great. I follow what she said and I think it is quite nice. You can try it too and see the result.

Green tea and black tea

I like to drink green tea and black tea. But I don't know whick of thise kind of tea is good for us ?

So I try to search and found that black tea differs from white tea and green tea in the way processed.

Chinese Chicken Soup

Today I cook chicken soup with shitake mushroom and some Chinese herbs. It was a long time I didn't cook it. This is a Chinese traditional soup , which is very simple to cook it. Just boil some water as we like in a pan , and put the mushroom and Chinese herbs in it. Wait for the water boil and then put the chicken inside. Make in a medium low heat and cook it around 45 minutes. Add the salt as we like and this chicken soup is ready to serve.

Cancer-causing substance in shampoos

I received an email from my friend, it is about shampoo...I think it is nice for paste it here , may be it is useful for others too.It said that :

This substance is found in most shampoos; manufacturers use it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap. BUT the fact is, SLS is used to scrub garage floors, and it is very strong!!! It is also proven that it can cause cancer in the long run, and this is no joke. Shampoos that contains SLS: the new Hemp Shampoo from Body Shop etc.. contain this substance.

The first ingredient listed (which means it is the single most prevalent ingredient) in Clairol's Herbal Essences is Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Therefore, I called one company, and I told them their product contains a substance that will cause people to have cancer.. They said, Yeah we knew about it but there is nothing we can do about it because we need that substance to produce foam. By the way Colgate toothpaste also contains the same substance to produce the 'bubbles'. They said they are going to send me some information.

Research has shown that in the 1980s, the chance of getting cancer is 1 out of 8000 and now, in the 1990s, the chances of getting cancer is 1 out of 3, which is very serious.

I see a news now on Yahoo home page, it is about CDC: Rocket fuel chemical found in baby formula...it is very surprised me cause I do remember that last year there had this problem too with China product .
It said that
Traces of a chemical used in rocket fuel were found in samples of powdered baby formula, and could exceed what's considered a safe dose for adults if mixed with water also contaminated with the ingredient, a government study has found.
The study by scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention looked for the chemical, perchlorate, in different brands of powdered baby formula. It was published last month, but the Environmental Working Group issued a press release Thursday drawing attention to it.
The chemical has turned up in several cities' drinking water supplies. It can occur naturally, but most perchlorate contamination has been tied to defense and aerospace sites.
No tests have ever shown the chemical caused health problems, but scientists have said significant amounts of perchlorate can affect thyroid function. The thyroid helps set the body's metabolism. Thyroid problems can impact fetal and infant brain development.
So for you who have babies please be careful with this news.

Drink Vegetables

Yeah..it is drink vegetables not eat vegetables. I see nowadays a lot of restaurant served this drink. I ever try too..I drink Chinese cabbage with pineapples. They mix the fruits and vegetables in it and make out a nice juice. Yeah..it is really nice. I think it is a good solution for people who don't like to eat vegetables. And it also very practise to consume it.

Headache

Today the weather is very hot , and I feel something wrong with my health..not so good. From yesterday I have headache and tomorrow morning when I woke up I feel that headache and dry on my throat. My Life

Today is Sunday, like my usual activities, I went to temple at ten and finished it at twelve. But after that I and my friends went to hospital to visit one of our friends. He is sick and has been at hospital for one week.

I saw many people at there and they are lying at bed. I feel that is not nice. And I think how lucky we are that have a healthy body. This is the most important thing in this world..at least for me he..he..he..

Talking about games is very exciting. I like to play games in my free time.It is never boring for me to play the games. I think a lot of people also same like me. I saw an iPhone games today. It is very nice if we have the excited games at our iPhone.

So every time and every where ,we can play it too. Green And Black Tea

I like to drink green tea. It was start at 2002 when I was travelling to China . After I tried it at the tea shop that specialist product green tea , I bought it . After I arrived at home , I started to drink green tea.

Two years ago my friend told me that "pu erh cha" black tea is more better for a women to drink it. So I tried to drink black tea too...my opinion about this tea is...for the taste I more like jasmine green tea ,but the black tea is quite nice if we drink a lot.

Minnesota Vacation Property

It is very nice to have a refreshing after work hard for a few days. I always do that by going out of my city at weekend .And the perfect place for me is a original view like lake or mountain..he..he..it is very nice.

Today I see there is a perfect place too at Minnesota. And there have Cabins for sale in Minnesota, it is great that we can stay at a cute cabins , with the fresh air,nice view and go to the lake.My family also like to have this kind of place, it is perfect to for a family.

I also saw that there also have RV Lots Minnesota. It is quite nice to own a place at there. We do not need to rent, invest it...I also think it is more cheaper we buy it. If we rent it for a short time..it is OK but if we want to go there every weekend , it is more nice to buy it. So how about you , are you interested too at Minnesota Vacation Property ? I have blogging for years and I like what I blog about. But yesterday night I saw on others blog and I realize that many of the blogs that I read also very excited. I just realised if we have my bloglog account , all our activities around blogging and comments can be view of others at yahoo messenger. ha..ha..it is very surprised me. I don't know it till one day I download the latest yahoo messenger version 9. After that I try to log in my yahoo messenger and I am very surprised when I saw my friend's latest title of the blogging post at there. And quickly I ask my friend when ever she saw my latest post too. And the answer is..yes..she know my activity by looking at the yahoo messenger .

Chemical Peel

I always heard about peeling and beauty skin. And today when I browse the Yahoo health and beauty , I found information about chemical peel. It is a chemical solution is applied to the skin and allowed to soak in. Over the next 1 to 14 days, depending on how deeply the chemical penetrated the skin, the skin peels off. This procedure destroys parts of the skin in a controlled way so that new skin can grow in its place. The chemicals used are sometimes called exfoliating or wounding agents.

After I read this information..I think I will like to choose traditional peeling he..he..but I don't know can it done as good as the chemical peel ? May be next time I will find article about traditional peeling.
