Colorado Real Estate
Nowadays I see a lot of real estate on the net. It is very interesting to looked it.I like to see their great building with the huge facility on it. Like today I saw a boulder colorado real estate site.
Yeah..it is Colorado Real Estate Buyers and Sellers. At buyers side ,I see that they are paid by the listing broker or the new home builder, so they do not cost you anything. It is very interesting..but what do we get ?
So I continue to read it and I see that if someone looking out for our interests, pricing, loan review, professional negotiation, professional problem resolution, an advocate working for us and our family.
But at sellers side, we need every advantage. We still need proper staging, signage, brochures, curb appeal and pricing, but to neglect the largest source of buyers (online) by not hiring the best broker to represent us is starting our real estate selling experience with a handicap.

While browsing Internet today , I see an interesting health article. It is about health fruit. I think it is nice too to copy and paste it in my blog. It said that :
A study at the University of Ulster in Ireland reveals that the more fruit a teenage girl eats, the stronger her bones become.
Researchers evaluated the diets and bone density of 1,345 adolescents in Ireland between the ages of 12 and 15. The strongest correlation appeared in 12-year-old girls who ate the most fruit (7 daily ounces or more). Compared to moderate fruit consumers, these girls had higher bone-mineral densities, an indicator of bone strength. The researchers speculate that fruit may help to buffer the normal acids in a diet. In the absence of fruit, the acids may cause calcium to be released from the bones as a substitute buffer, resulting in a weaker skeleton.

Noodles Soup
Today is Friday..and it will be weekend again. But this week I have a little fun. I have a few new friends. And it is really make me happy. I don't realize that it is weekend again.
Today my friend want to visit me, and I will cook a simple cooking. I will going to buy some noodles and want to cook noodles soup. It is more simple and great to eat it.

When I was travelling , I saw a lot of new real estate at every where. Yeah it is nice to see nice house or apartments. But from I know we need a good real estate to buy or sell our house.
And today I saw Austin Foreclosure website. I think it is nice site and very unique company. The company is owned by Dan and Rose Castro.They are very great to handle all of Austin real estate and Austin Texas Foreclosures.

My Time
I have been 5 days came back from travelling. It is very nice , but one thing is sure...I am very tired . ha..ha..ha..my apartment need to clean because it has a thick dust on the floor. I have to laundry my clothes too. And doing others home job. And now I have a few hours to blogging.

Travel
Now,I am in China . I am in travelling with my mother and sister. Many years didn't see China and now I see that China have a big change. Now it is so beautiful and nice looking. The modern building are seeing at every where.
