Nowadays I see a lot of real estate on the net. It is very interesting to looked it.I like to see their great building with the huge facility on it. Like today I saw a boulder colorado real estate site.
Yeah..it is Colorado Real Estate Buyers and Sellers. At buyers side ,I see that they are paid by the listing broker or the new home builder, so they do not cost you anything. It is very interesting..but what do we get ?
So I continue to read it and I see that if someone looking out for our interests, pricing, loan review, professional negotiation, professional problem resolution, an advocate working for us and our family.
But at sellers side, we need every advantage. We still need proper staging, signage, brochures, curb appeal and pricing, but to neglect the largest source of buyers (online) by not hiring the best broker to represent us is starting our real estate selling experience with a handicap.
