Today I cook chicken soup with shitake mushroom and some Chinese herbs. It was a long time I didn't cook it. This is a Chinese traditional soup , which is very simple to cook it. Just boil some water as we like in a pan , and put the mushroom and Chinese herbs in it. Wait for the water boil and then put the chicken inside. Make in a medium low heat and cook it around 45 minutes. Add the salt as we like and this chicken soup is ready to serve.
