This is the view I got from my window's apartment. One side is sea and one site is city view. I like to see this view very much. It make always have inspiration to blogging he.he..he..And now I don't know what to blog , but I think it is nice to show this to all of you.

Green tea and black tea

I like to drink green tea and black tea. But I don't know whick of thise kind of tea is good for us ?

So I try to search and found that black tea differs from white tea and green tea in the way processed.

Green tea and white tea are not processing fermented while black tea is fermented. This is why that they are differences in color and flavor of the kind types of tea. The fermentation process at black tea is undergoes changes while some of the plant’s compound,

In green tea the EGCG is the anti oxidant most revered. The study reported by the UK tea council said that black tea also has abundance of anti oxidative activity like green tea too.

So what do you like to drink..green or black tea now ?

Orange Juice

If you feel tired or seems like to sleep although enough sleeping time , you should try to drink orange juice always. It is very good to drink it and good for our skin too. I ever try to drink orange juice every day for 3 months and I see the result is very great. My skin is very healthy and smooth. It is very good for antioxidant

Chinese Chicken Soup

Today I cook chicken soup with shitake mushroom and some Chinese herbs. It was a long time I didn't cook it. This is a Chinese traditional soup , which is very simple to cook it. Just boil some water as we like in a pan , and put the mushroom and Chinese herbs in it. Wait for the water boil and then put the chicken inside. Make in a medium low heat and cook it around 45 minutes. Add the salt as we like and this chicken soup is ready to serve.

My Internet connection today is very down..I can not surf like usually I did. So I open my blog and decided to update it. Today I received a phone call from my friend , she said to me be careful with a dangerous flu and had been killed much people. Hm.. have a lot of disease in this world..I think may be it is time for us to have more vegetarian food.
