Visiting Asean Countries

Yesterday when I was chatting to my friend who is staying in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia , she asked when I want to visit her again. Yeah..almost every year I go there. But last year I went to Bali island so she remind me that I have long time didn't meet her.
I like go to KL because I have a few of friends at there and the place of shopping always make me wants to go there again. And I like go to KLCC , the twin tower of Petronas . I never boring to go there and after visit that place , my friends will come to my hotel...I mean I stayed at Kuala Lumpur hotel and asked me to go to China town to eat something. That is very nice...I like to eat "Bang Kut Teh " ( it is a Chinese famous soup ).
Usually after visit KL , I go to Bangkok , Thailand. My husband like to visit the temples at there and meet monks at Bangkok. I like too and for me Bangkok is very nice for the place and the foods too. And I will book cheap Thailand hotels to stay. It is very great to stay at there , the price is cheap but the facility is great ...I like to choose for 4 star hotels at there. My friends said to me it is great too to go to Philippines and stay at Philippines Accommodation. But this time I think I will watching last minutes China hotels at my computer before I go.

To stop night time coughing in a child (or an adult, as we found out personally), put Vicks Vapor Rub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime and then cover with socks.

I like traveling , in my others blog I always talk about it. But I just realised that in this blog I have not yet talking about my hobby. Yeah ...traveling is my favorite hobby after cooking. It feel very great if we can travel from one country to another one . To see what is the different between one from others.
But on my traveling time , one important things is , I must book my hotel first before I go there. My friends have the same opinion about this one. Last week I saw my friend's photo album , she had came back from Ireland. It is very nice place , she said their family enjoy very much stay at Ireland hotels, Dublin hotels , Cork hotels and Shannon hotels. I think it is true because I see in the photo how nice the hotels they stay and it makes me want to travel again this year ha..ha..

For some one like me, who life at event organiser society, some times we make a lot of display, for our trade show booths from table skirts, banner stands until Pipe and Drape. For this purpose we need a professional, good and cheap supplier.
After looking for several days finally I found this Camelback Displays company, who sells all types of trade show booths for exhibiting at trade shows. They also sell a full line of custom printed table skirts.

I can have my own logo, full color artwork or text message printed on them. They also carry every type of banner stand made, and for banners I can ordered with the hardware. I also have ordered pipe and drape is used at my trade shows. They really help me with all of those details from design to delivery.

This is what I found on searching others blogs and news , a lot of them said that "Research shows that green tea lowers total cholesterol and raises HDL ("good") cholesterol in both animals and people. One population-based study found that men who drink green tea are more likely to have lower total cholesterol than those who do not drink green tea. Results from one animal study suggest that polyphenols in green tea may block the intestinal absorption of cholesterol and promote its excretion from the body. In another small study of male smokers, researchers found that green tea significantly reduced blood levels of harmful LDL cholesterol."

I was told by the analyst that my cholesterol is too high , total cholesterol is high . I don't know why the result of the test blood like this. So I decided to search on internet what must I do if I have this problem. Then I found a lot of article said that green tea is one of the answer. For me it is a nice news because I like to drink green tea.

Moving Service

Any of you have experience on Moving home ? Today I want share a little of my experiences when I moved to my new house.I have moved twice in 7 years. The first time I moved it is very confused and complicated. I don't know which things should I pack first and how to make a good packing to avoid things broke.I remember my husband and I felt very stress and the moving process took almost one week of our time.
The other problems is about Truck Rental. We don't know which one is better and at last we owed our friend's truck and yeah..it was difficult to us. But now I have my experience at moving, we will like to choose Moving Services when we want to move next time. We can save a lot of our time and money and we can have a good time when we are moving.
My friends also have the same experience like me and I told her to pick up at moving service. They said it is no problem anymore when they want to move...and I still remember when the last time my friend moved ,they used this service and the process only took one day. At the next day , they asked my husband and I to had a dinner with them..ha..ha..I am very happy that my friend didn't have any bad experience like me.
